Terms and Conditions of Sale (11.06.2025)

This is the agreement is between FCPRO.AUDIO, the selling company, and the customer (you) who agrees to these terms and conditions when buying anything from the FCPRO.AUDIO.

By using the website and placing an order, the user fully accepts the following terms.

FCPRO.AUDIO has the right to change their terms and conditions anytime.

 

2. Products and Availability

The products sold on FCPRO.AUDIO are professional audio devices, built to order and/or configured based on the specifications provided by the customer.

Each product is assembled individually according to the options selected at the time of purchase.

Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. The final product may differ slightly depending on the chosen configuration.

Availability may vary; some items are assembled after the order is placed.

 

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are in Euros and include VAT unless otherwise specified.

Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods indicated at checkout.

Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment is received.

Any order cancellations requested after payment will result in a flat 10% restocking fee.

Canceling an order after shipping is not possible.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on availability and the complexity of the ordered product.

Generally, products are delivered within 30 working days from order confirmation, unless otherwise communicated.

All shipments are trackable. Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

FCPRO.AUDIO is not responsible for any additional charges/costs (e.g. customs, taxes etc.). It is up to the customer to take care of these charges. If you refuse the package, it may be returned or destroyed on your expense. Please be aware of your country’s rules and anticipate on these, when ordering a package from FCPRO.AUDIO

 

5. Right of Withdrawal

All orders are final. We do not offer a general cancellation or refund policy.

Given the nature of the product, as mentioned in Article 5, paragraph 2, and in accordance with Article 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code, the Supplier does not offer the Buyer the right of withdrawal, as the product is custom-made based on the choices of the end customer, who, by signing this pre-sale contract, initiates the custom production process. The same product, in order to be uniquely linked to the acquiring customer who commissions the customization, is identified by a lot and serial number placed on/in the product.

They are therefore considered custom products, built on specific request and not intended for trial use.

For this reason, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the order is confirmed and production has started.

Additionally, we do not provide products for at-home testing or trial purposes.

However, we invite interested customers to test our equipment at our facility, by appointment.

The customer expressly agrees to these conditions when placing the order.

 

6. Warranty

All products sold on FCPRO.AUDIO are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under Articles 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), valid for 24 months from delivery.

The warranty is valid only after verifying that the product has not been opened, tampered with, or modified by the customer or unauthorized parties.

The warranty does not cover:

 

·         damages resulting from improper use or non-compliance with instructions,

·         unauthorized modifications,

·         incorrect installations,

·         damage due to impact, transport, or negligence.

·          

Our technical team is always available and ready to assist customers with technical issues or product malfunctions.

Please contact us promptly if support is needed.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

FCPRO.AUDIO shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit, or damages resulting from misuse of the purchased products.

In any case, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including texts, images, logos, trademarks, product names, and layout — is the exclusive property of FC Pro Audio or licensed for use.

Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without written authorization.

 

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law.

For any disputes, the competent court shall be that of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, if located within Italy.
